With our many coves and beaches hidden throughout Pender Island, it’s your turn to find that perfectly secluded beach with room enough for  you and your friends. Set to our Salish Sea with chart in hand (provided) and find your hidden gem.

If you don’t have the confidence or experience to paddle in the currents or conditions, we also offer Open Top Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards rentals. Perfect for exploring within Pender’s largest bay, Bedwell Harbour, including stopping at Beaumont Marine Park for that perfect picnic and beach exploration, or access the highest peak on South Pender Island, Mount Norman *moderate hike*.

Norwich-Young Dorset Gallery/Studio

Dorset Norwich-Young studied at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, graduating with honours in 1975. While there, she flirted with printmaking, photography, and ceramics but painting was always her greatest love.

Dorset’s paintings, whatever the subject, are renowned for their energy, vitality and vibrant colours.
