Tall Order BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH FOOD. We "raise the bar" in creating outstanding memorable fun culinary food adventures to the corporate and conference arena. Here are 2 programs being offered at Poets Cove:

Foraging Organics - An interactive voyage of Island Discovery, as you and your team-mates set out on a scavenger hunt to find the perfect piece of Island lamb, the freshest organic greens, home-grown garlic, flavourful cheeses and a hidden jewel of an Island winery. A taste here, a taste there, and then back to fabulous Poets Cove to work in teams creating the piece de resistance - your fabulous feast, to be enjoyed in the spectacular surroundings of Poets Cove Resort. Beauty and the Beast - Imagine the sunset over the waters of Bedwell Harbour, as you and your team baste a whole Island Lamb, suffused with garlic and rosemary from Island farms. This program can include a recreational team-building component, or can be a quietly welcoming "Soft" team-building at the end of a productive day spent with a facilitator. Julie Burke of Tall Order Ventures will build a program that is uniquely yours, to capture the spirit and beauty of Poets Cove and create a memorable team building event for your group.
