Our Cottages are 845 square feet and the Villas range in size from 1200 to 1647 square feet, and the Lodge with its ocean views and spacious balconies are 356 square feet.

All of the real estate at Poets Cove is available as quarter ownership, providing owners with at least twelve weeks exclusive use of their vacation property. The popularity of quarter ownership has been growing at over 150% per year and research shows that many buyers can afford the entire vacation home but elect to purchase a quarter share because of the limited time they know they have available to spend there. The choice is yours; we have simply structured it so that you can choose to own a little or a lot to suit your needs.
