At Poets Cove Resort & Spa we do complete & full service event planning which has made our resort one of the most desirable for weddings in British Columbia. The services for our basic weddings include, but are not limited to the following:- Initial wedding consultation & property site tour
- On-site contact and liaison for days leading up to the event
- Wedding rehearsals
- Day of direction - on site Event Coordinator so you can simply enjoy your day
- Menu planning – including food, wine & signature cocktails
- Event planning including booking venues, third parties, room layout & coordination, vendor referrals and budgeting
- Unique group offerings including private yacht tours, spa parties & activities
- Finally putting all these details together in order to send a detailed schedule of events, banquet order & final breakdown of billing.
