Susurrus Spa Hot Stone Massage
Warmed jade, basalt and Pender Island beach stones are used in conjunction with relaxation massage techniques, radiating a soothing heat, promoting a deep relaxation of both the muscles and the mind.

Marine Indulgence Massage
The massage begins with a dry brushing of the body followed by a massage with a warm mixture of micronized sea algae, honey, yogurt and our signature oil blend. Designed to hydrate, soothe, relax, detoxify and nurture your skin.

SPA ETIQUETTE
At Susurrus Spa, we pride ourselves on offering the most personal care for all our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures, as well as our cancellation policies. These were designed to ensure a truly relaxing and peaceful visit with us. Thank you.

Appointments
Booking in advance is recommended to secure your best chance of appointment times and dates. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, it is standard spa policy to give advance notice for cancellations, as follows: 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule a single service, 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Spa package or multiple a la carte services. Please understand you will be charged 50% of each service price if you cancel your appointment without the minimum notice.

Check In
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service. If using the Steam Cave and/or hot tub, please allow additional time before your treatment.

Late Arrival
To avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.

Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. Envelopes are provided at check out.

The Steam Cave has a capacity of six people and is available within spa operating hours.
