Seaglass Ballroom & Terrace

This breathtaking space features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer sweeping ocean views and French doors leading to a stunning terraced garden patio. With its scenic coastal backdrop, Seaglass is an ideal setting for team-building events or annual meetings. Spanning 1,586 square feet, the venue accommodates up to 60 guests and can be divided into three smaller areas, perfect for breakouts or meal settings.

Aurora Dining Room

For a refreshing change of scenery, Aurora is an excellent choice for private corporate functions. You can book either a section of the restaurant or the entire space, which comfortably seats up to 40 guests for dinner. Known for its exquisite cuisine and the best ocean views on Pender Island, Aurora is the island's premier fine-dining restaurant with a West Coast-inspired menu.

Featuring a private bar and a patio overlooking the stunning Bedwell Harbour, it’s also the perfect venue for group dinners or cocktail receptions.

The Executive Cottage

Perched on a hilltop with panoramic views of the bay, our Executive Cottage offers a tranquil setting with a large, beautiful garden and patio area. Ideal for smaller gatherings, this space is perfect for board meetings, strategic planning sessions, or casual retreats. Surrounded by trees and offering the resort’s best view, it’s a peaceful environment that encourages focus and relaxation.
